What is KA-TANG?

KA-TANG is a unique exercise program that promotes body re-alignment, addressing misalignment, imbalance, and joint instability, with a special focus on the spine. Our approach combines:

  • Indigenous healing and martial arts traditions from Manipur Western physical techniques.
  • Realigning, repositioning, and securing joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles
  • A comprehensive strength, stretching, and mobility program
  • We focus on health through strength and aligned posture, offering:
  • Form exercises
