The 10-week KA-TANG journey

We will take you on a journey through your body finding balance, strength and peace along the way. Designed to give you a kickstart in transforming your body towards its natural state.

The build-up:

Week 1 – 3        Learning the foundational exercise forms – focus on posture, awareness and
                            breathing

Week 4 – 6       Expanding sequence of exercises – deepening stretching, balance and
                            strength movements – Focus on how the musculature of the body works
                            together as a collective system.
 
Week 7 – 9       Creating a strong foundation for the body in an expanded range of motion –
                           focus for the core, hip and lower back strength
 
Week 10            Preparing for moving forward – focus on how to effectively integrate the
                            practice in your daily life
 
 

What results you can expect after the program:

  • A better understanding of how your body works
  • Substantively improved balance
  • Increased functional strength, flexibility and dynamic control
  • Improved athletic function that will transfer to whatever sports you’re currently doing
  • You’ll leave prepared to prevent and recover more quickly from further injuries
